A large Medicaid managed care organization wanted to secure a statewide, eight-region Medicaid managed care contract in the State of Indiana. Optimetra led the technical proposal team, including strategy; project management; and content creation, to develop a winning proposal response that resulted in an expansion of 535,000 Medicaid-eligible members for the client in Indiana.
A large Medicaid managed care organization was not satisfied with their business development organization. Optimetra conducted discovery interviews with key staff to determine company objectives and identify issues in business development. We then recommended a strategic approach and alternatives for the overall design of the business development organization.
