As an R.E.P., Optimetra is able to offer its clients contact hours in fulfillment of project management certification eligibility requirements, as well as Professional Development Units (PDUs) to fulfill the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR).

PMI introduced its R.E.P. program in 1999 after instituting new continuing education requirements for maintaining PMP certification. The program is designed to help PMPs easily locate recognized training providers that follow PMI-established guidelines. PMPs must earn 60 PDUs required every three years to maintain PMP status.

ACAP Preferred Vendor
Optimetra, Inc. is proud to have been selected by the Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP) as the association’s only current preferred vendor for proposal leadership and development services.
Headquartered in Washington, D.C., ACAP is comprised of 37 health plans, located in 21 states, which are primarily focused on the Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP populations. Together they cover 4.5 million Medicare and Medicaid lives. Among the ACAP health plans, 18 also operate Special Needs Plans (SNPs). Medicaid Health Plans of America
Optimetra, Inc. is proud to support Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA) and many of its health plan members. Optimetra has assisted MHPA in coordinating the organization’s annual meeting for the past several years and has been a meeting sponsor and exhibitor since 2005.
Incorporated in 1995, MHPA is the leading national organization solely dedicated to representing health plans participating in Medicaid managed care. The Association's primary focus is to provide research, analysis, and organized forums that support the development of effective policy solutions to promote and enhance the delivery of quality healthcare. Specifically, the focus is in support of organized health systems that serve the needs of vulnerable and underserved populations. The Association initially coalesced around the issue of national healthcare reform, and as the policy debate changed from national healthcare reform to national managed care reform, the areas of focus shifted to the changes in Medicaid managed care.
