Adrienne brings more than 20 years of experience leading health care proposal teams, implementing industry-based processes, and providing strategic consulting to organizations aggressively pursuing growth and change. She has been an active contributor on complex proposals for the nation’s largest commercial insurers, Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) vendors, and Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs), including UnitedHealth Group, Anthem, Xerox (now Conduent), and First Data.

She has managed RFPs in the health care information technology (IT) market including full-scale MMIS opportunities and proposals for financial management, electronic visit verification, and claims payment. She has also led proposal management efforts for pharmacy benefit management (PBM) RFPs and federal CMS/SAMHSA opportunities.
Her MCO functional expertise spans most operational content areas for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and Dual Eligibles RFPs, including community engagement, provider network, provider management, member services, appeals and grievances, and claims management. She has successfully managed projects valued between several hundred million dollars to more than a billion dollars for companies within the health care arena.

Adrienne discovered her passion for proposal management in the mid-80s while working for a national health maintenance organization (HMO), and she quickly found her niche in public-sector deals – whether managing the proposal response in its entirety, serving as an individual contributor, or conducting strategic compliance reviews. She is also skilled at competitor analysis and market research. Adrienne is Foundation Level certified by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and is currently pursuing Practitioner Level certification.

Adrienne’s attention to detail and broad functional area expertise enables her to apply an integrated and holistic approach to writing, crafting compelling and compliant content. By applying this approach, built upon her experience working at every stage of the proposal development process, Adrienne quickly translates difficult and complex requirements.
