Caroline is a professional writer and editor with nearly a decade of experience crafting communications for C-level executives and business leaders both in health care and in a wide variety of industries. She spent seven years with the federal government serving as a speechwriter and communications manager for two-star generals and civilian executives.
As a civil servant with the U.S. Army, Caroline managed internal and external communications campaigns and wore many hats — at various times, she served as a strategic adviser, newspaper editor, copyeditor, chief speechwriter, and researcher. In her capacity as speechwriter, she was responsible for producing speeches and talking points for approximately 10 generals and senior leaders, at any given time, capturing their unique voices and tailoring speeches for specific audiences. She also managed and edited the weekly newspaper produced for soldiers, civilian employees, and family members at a small base in California.
Caroline is honored to have the opportunity to contribute to providing care for those who need it most. Having experienced firsthand the positive impact that strong communications can have on an organization, she is proud to be able to use her writing and editing skills to help clients effectively convey the value they provide.
Caroline’s strength is in gathering technical information and transforming it into engaging writing that persuades audiences and spurs them to action.
