With his name in the strategy, writing, and management credits of over 300 proposals since 1993, he’s become a nationally recognized expert in methods to effectively capture business in managed healthcare. Dave’s contributions to winning procurements for various contract services and populations in Medicaid, Medicare, and TRICARE have netted clients millions of new members and billions of dollars in revenue.
