Technology integration for systems of care is one of Lynn’s strengths, and she has helped many clients research and evaluate technology solutions, as HIT has become increasingly essential to competitive solutions.

Lynn’s direct and straight-forward analysis and consultations reflect her deep expertise in design and delivery of healthcare services for all populations covered by Medicaid and Medicare. She can help you go to market strong by quickly assessing your clinical and quality programs and providing valuable feedback about how you can increase competitive value and improve your market positioning.

My best and most memorable project was helping a very high-functioning health plan and their parent company win business to provide services for a vulnerable Medicaid population that is near and dear to my heart.

A true longshot, the client knew little about the state customer’s current system of services, requirements, or processes for this population. Working with the client, I prepared a "101 document" that included program basics and state pain points. During a planning session, I walked the executive team through the briefing document. To support the client's efforts, I prepared two 24-hour turnaround responses to questions from the state, working with the client to identify their current strengths as they related to the needs of this complex, vulnerable population.

The client won the business through their deliberate and committed attention to learning about the state's system and services, and applying their care management and coordination processes to address each one. I was proud to have helped them expand their knowledge of the state’s needs and the issues related to coordination and integration of health care services for this vulnerable population.
