Rosemarie brings over 20 years of experience in the health care industry within both state government and the private sector.  Her proposal work has generated over $200 million in funding for hospitals and human service agencies.  In addition to major capital project funding, Rosemarie has worked with clients to win state and federal funding for adults and children with developmental disabilities, youth and families with behavioral health needs, and foster care for children with special needs.

Rosemarie began her career in the state regulatory environment analyzing the financial and programmatic impact of alternative methods of organization and delivery of health care services within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Rosemarie Ferri, MPH
One of my all-time favorite engagements involved a very small program centered on adults with developmental disabilities. These individuals managed a used bookstore and sold paintings created by members of the group within the same storefront. Governmental funding had been discontinued and there were very few options available to maintain the minimal funding required. At the same time, I was working on several larger projects that would have had a greater financial impact on their respective organizations, but this proposal was especially meaningful to me because it provided this vulnerable population with independence, stability, and vocational opportunity. Working with a dedicated team of operations staff, we were able to put together a successful bid to fund this unique and meaningful program.
